Tibetan Om Mane Padme Singing Bowl.

Tibetan singing bowls are a type of bell used for healing and meditation. They vibrate and produce a harmonic tone when played. To create sound with a singing bowl, gently rub the mallet/ wooden stick that is included, in circular motion against the bowl's rim. (Comes with a Mallet but cushion is not included)

"Om Mani Padme Hum" is a well-loved Buddhist mantra commonly translated as, "The jewel is in the lotus". According to the Dalai Lama, Om Mani Padme Hum has the power to: “Transform your impure body, speech and mind into the pure body, speech and mind of a Buddha.”
